Salcare® SC 95 is a cationic homopolymer dispersed in medicinal grade white oil that primarily functions for thickening, conditioning, opacifying, moisturizing, good spreading, and suspending and stabilizing agent. It is a non-aqueous off-white mobile liquid dispersion of a polymer, that has a slight odor, and is designed for use in a range of applications in the cosmetics industry. It is used to enhance the performance of skin and hair care formulations, with a typical application level in skin creams of around 2% polymer as supplied.
