Salcare® SC 30 is a cationic aqueous solution of a diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride homopolymer. It is designed for use in a rang of applications in the cosmetics industry, specifically shampoo, hair conditioner, hand and body lotion, liquid setting lotion, and styling gels and mousses. This product is a colorless viscous liquid, with a mild aldehydic odor, providing efficient conditioning at low concentrations, readily soluble in water to give clear products, and imparts slip and lubricity to formulations.
